Signing in and two-step verification
How to sign in and turn on a code from a phone app so your account stays safe.
Signing in
Open the sign-in page and enter the email and password from your invitation. If you forgot your password, click Forgot your password? and follow the link we email you.
Why two-step verification
With two-step verification you need a 6-digit code from your phone as well as your password. Even if someone learns your password, they cannot sign in without your phone. Your organisation can make it mandatory for every user.
Steps
- Install an authenticator app
Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator or 1Password on your phone.
- Open Security
In the panel click your name at the top right and choose Security.
- Scan the QR code
Click Enable and scan the QR code with the app.
- Confirm with a code
Enter the 6-digit code shown in the app and save your recovery codes.
Recovery codes
After you turn it on you will see a few recovery codes. Keep them somewhere safe (not on the same phone). Each code works once, in case you lose your phone.
Lost your phone?
Sign in with a recovery code and set up two-step verification again on the new phone. If you have no recovery codes, the account owner or our team can help once we have verified who you are.
