What do I need to start?

A supported GPS tracker, a SIM with mobile data inside it and a phone to send the SMS commands.

Do I lose my old platform settings?

The device is pointed to our server. Old history stays on the previous platform.

What if the device does not connect?

The wizard shows the most common causes. If it still does not connect, write to us and we will help.

Can I use my phone as a tracker?

Yes. Contact us and we will set up a phone (Android or iPhone) as a tracker for you.
