How do I pay?
SaaS plans are paid by card every month. Full service and custom plans can also be paid by bank invoice.
Is there annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing comes with a discount; write to us and we will send you the offer.
What happens after the free trial?
Choose a plan and continue without losing any data. If you do not, devices stop sending data to the panel.
Can I change plans?
Yes, at any time. When you move to a bigger plan, the difference is prorated.
Is the SIM included?
With full service, yes. On SaaS plans you use your own SIM with mobile data.
Are there hidden costs?
No. Only SMS notifications are billed by usage; email, WhatsApp and Telegram are included.
